—In a discovery proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2103, Allstate Hosiery Sales, Inc., appeals from an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Nassau County (Radigan, S.), dated June 10, 1991, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the petition.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by adding a provision that, upon searching the record, the petitioner is awarded partial summary judgment with respect to her claim that the insurance proceeds on decedent’s life should be included in the "book value” of the appellant corporation; as so modified, the order is affirmed, with costs…
