T1 Phillip Plumlee (Father), appeals the district court's order granting Joan Plumlee's (Mother), motion to dismiss his objection to her notice of relocation of their child. Father's objection was filed out of time. Therefore, the district court did not err in granting Mother's motion and we affirm.
BACKGROUND
