David George Rowley, the minor plaintiff, appeals from a defense verdict in a medical malpractice suit against Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound. He claims the trial court erred in denying his motion to dis qualify all persons on the jury venire who were members of the defendant Group Health on the basis of implied bias and in refusing to grant a new trial on the grounds both of implied bias and actual bias.
