This appeal from the circuit court of Mississippi County involves a question of priority between appellants as garnishers and certain appellees and subsequent garnishers of a fund of $2,305 paid to the clerk of the court by the garnishee, Liverpool & London & Globe Insurance Company of Liverpool, England, under the allegations and answers joining the issue of priority and the following stipulation in substance:
