Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiff, entered April 19,1982 in Ulster County, upon a decision of the court at Trial Term (Bradley, J.), without a jury. In October, 1978, plaintiff commenced this action for divorce of a 1953 marriage on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. Defendant answered with a general denial and, in August, 1980, commenced a separate action for divorce on the grounds of abandonment and cruel and inhuman treatment.
