The defendant-appellee is a corporation operating a five and ten cent store in Ottumwa. Its place of business is in a building on Main Street. Said street extends east and west, and appellee’s store is on the south side thereof. Thus the store faces the north, and extends southward a considerable distance, probably 140 feet¿ while the width of the store is approximately 44 feet.
