Appellants Stephanie de la Torre, Humberto Miranda; and Carla Gallardo were injured when their vehicle was hit by a drunk driver (“Driver”). Appellants filed a complaint against Appellee Flanigan’s Enterprises, which owns and operates the restaurant at which Driver had been drinking.
