FACTS

This appeal is brought from The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission decision affirming the award of the Administrative Law Judge in a workers’ compensation case. The claimant, James Ransburg, is the appellant. His claim was for a permanent total disability award against his employer and the Second Injury Fund. The final award gave him a rating of fifty-percent permanent partial disability.
