CARTER, Justice.

During a jury trial in Superior Court (Penobscot County), the presiding justice found the defendant in this appeal, Tammy DeLong, in direct contempt of court and sentenced her to seven days in the Penob-scot County Jail. The defendant appeals the action of the trial justice. We deny the appeal.
