Defendants-Appellants John Raymond Krawehison and Winton Road Chiropractic Center, Inc. appeal from the district court’s order entering judgment in favor of PlaintiffAppellee Terry McDowell 1 in this action for failure to provide health insurance benefits under ERISA, as amended by the Comprehensive Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1986, § 10002, Pub.L.
