{1} This matter came before the Court after disciplinary proceedings conducted pursuant to the Rules Governing Discipline, Rules 17-101 through 17-316 NMRA 2000, wherein respondent, D. Diego Zamora, did not contest the factual allegations against him or the allegations that his conduct was in violation of several of the Rules of Professional Conduct, nor did he argue that he should not be disbarred pursuant to Rule 17-206(A)(1).
