Before the court is the United States Trustee’s “Motion for Order Directing Debt- or to Pay Fees” filed June 9, 1997. Trustee seeks payment of quarterly fees pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6) from and after January 27, 1996. Debtor filed its voluntary Chapter 11 case on January 2, 1990. By order of August 30,1993, the court confirmed Debtor’s amended plan of liquidation (sometimes referred to as “the plan” or “Debtor’s plan”).
