Appeal from Monroe; Lockwood, J. Bill by Frank Gorman and others against the Patrick Hirsch Company, the Toledo, Ann Arbor & Detroit Railroad Company and others for the enforcement of mechanics’ liens and other equitable relief. On petition of James L. Hosier and other creditors for distribution of funds derived from a sale under the order of the court a decree of distribution was entered. Defendant railroad company, certain intervening creditors and complainants appeal.
