Appellants Ron and Kandi Morris purchased a home from appellees Ben and Jo Anne Rush in August 1996 for $445,000.00. In October 1998, the Morrises filed a complaint against the Rushes, alleging breach of contract, fraud in the inducement to enter into the contract, and breach of implied warranty of fitness for habitation.
