BAUER, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant, Bernard C. Sei-dling (“Seidling”), was charged with creating and executing a scheme to defraud by knowingly mailing documents containing false information to small claims courts in Wisconsin and hiding the filings of the actions from the named defendants. Sei-dling stipulated to the facts of the charge and waived his right to a jury trial.
