Michael Hugh Bacon appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Volvo Service Center, Inc. (VSC) on Bacon’s claim of abusive litigation.

Bacon was employed by VSC as a service technician. After Bacon left VSC’s employ, he and another former employee formed a new, competing business.
