The Court has recently received a petition for a writ of habeas corpus submitted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Petitioner Michael Miguel Cowles alleges he is in custody in violation of the Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
