The Commonwealth appeals from the Order dated July 14, 2015, in the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, granting Defendant, John Richard Vetter, Ill’s, motion to suppress evidence and Writ of Ha-beas Corpus, thereby terminating the prosecution against Vetter.
