One of the remaindermen of the residuary trust has applied for an order staying the sale of certain real property owned by the decedent at the time of his death.

The decedent died on September 27, 1961 and his will was admitted to probate by decree of this court dated January 22, 1962. So far as appears, the estate consisted of a parcel of real property which the executor has contracted to sell for the sum of $38,500.
