ENTRY ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This cause is before the Court on the Defendants’ motion for summary judgment (dkt. no. 115). The motion is fully briefed, and the Court, being duly advised, GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN *785PART the motion for the reasons set forth below.1
