Plaza Resorts, Inc. v. Janus American Group, Inc.

Plaza Resorts, Inc., the petitioner and plaintiff in the action below, seeks certiora-ri review of an order granting Janus Hotels & Resorts, Inc.’s motion to disqualify Plaza’s law firm.
