Plaintiffs appeal as of right from an Oakland Circuit Court opinion and order which granted defendant’s motion for summary disposition. We affirm.

Plaintiff Myron Priest received a disability insurance policy issued by defendant as a fringe benefit of his employment. The policy took effect on June 1, 1981. Under the policy, Myron Priest was to receive sixty percent of his monthly salary if he became disabled. The policy contained a reductions clause which provided, in relevant part:
