This appeal sits at the intersection of our summary judgment jurisprudence and Florida’s choice of law rules. The defendant, Anna N. Duckworth (“Anna”) *1218and her husband, Aquila E. Duckworth (“Aquila”), purchased two automobile insurance policies and one motorcycle insurance policy from the plaintiff, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”), while they were Maryland residents.
