Trustees of Conneaut Lake Park, Inc. (“Plaintiff’ or “TCLP”) commenced the above-captioned adversary proceeding by filing its three-count Complaint against Park Restoration, LLC (“Defendant” or “Park Restoration”, and together with Trustees of Conneaut Lake Park, Inc., “the Parties”).
