MEMORANDUM OPINION

The above entitled case is before the Court on remand from the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to conduct further proceedings consistent with the opinion of that Court. Viles v. Viles, 4 V.I. 415, 316 E.2d 31. This Court on November 20, 1961 entered an order reducing support payments to the plaintiff by defendant under the alimony provision of the divorce decree entered by this Court on December 8, 1951.
