Stat. 1020, § 38, the mere items of the account were all that were intended to be set forth when it permitted it to be filed.

Plaintiffs commenced their action in the circuit court of Randolph county against appellant and D. F. Kimmel, to enforce a mechanic’s lien against the property described in the petition, alleging that Kimmel Was an original contractor, employed by inis co-defendants to build for them a dwelling house on the lots in question, and that the lumber and nails specified in the account were sold to Kimmel and used by him in the construction of said dwelling house ; that on the 15th day of March, 1874, plaintiff filed with the clerk of the Randolph circuit court a just and true account of their…
