LIVINGSTON, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court denying a motion to dissolve a temporary injunction.

Upon the petition of Herman C. Hicks, appellee here, the court issued a temporary injunction enjoining Shelley T. Lewis from interfering - with Herman C. Hicks and Hicks’ tenants in and about the possession of, and the growing, cultivating and marketing of crops on, the land described in the petition. Lewis filed a motion to dissolve the injunction, in which he denied all the material allegations of the bill, and alleged that he was in the possession of the land…
