This matter arises from a dispute between Plaintiff Prestige Casualty Company (“Prestige”) and Defendant Michigan Mutual Insurance Company (“Michigan Mutual”) regarding prejudgment interest on an indemnification judgment in the Wayne County Circuit Court for an auto accident.
