FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This Case is before the Court on Regency’s Application for Payment of Administrative Expenses (“Application”) filed by Regency Realty Corporation (“Regency”) on September 13, 1999. (Doc. 115.) On October 12, 1999 Regency filed an amended application for administrative expenses for unpaid postpetition rent of nonresidential real property in the amount of $6,683.26.
