This matter is presently before the court on plaintiffs’ post-trial motions. After a three-day jury trial before the undersigned, commencing on January 26, 1983, the jury, returned a verdict in favor of defendant.

This case arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on December 9, 1976 in Bristol Township, Bucks County. On that date, plaintiff Alice Weintraub was a passenger in an automobile driven by Miriam Rosenthal.
