VOROS, Judge:

«[ 1 This is one of two appeals arising from a business dispute between two companies, Yknot CHobal Limited and Stellia Limited. In this appeal, Yknot asserts that the district court erred by refusing to set aside its see-ond voluntary dismissal under rule 60(b)(6) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. We affirm.
