This is an action for a declaratory judgment, brought by the trustees of the Audrain County Hospital. They adopted a rule excluding doctors of osteopathy from practicing in the hospital and they now seek to determine whether or not that rule is in violation of the laws of the State of Missouri. The State Medical Association, the Missouri Osteopathic Association, and the medical and osteopathic physicians of Audrain County were joined as defendants.
