Oliver Manuel, appellant, was tried by jury for the crimes of Shooting With Intent to Kill pursuant to 21 O.S.1981, § 652, in Counts I and II of Case No. CRF-83-1415; Robbery With Firearms pursuant to 21 O.S.Supp.1982, § 801 in Count I, and Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon pursuant to 21 O.S.Supp.1982, § 645 in Count II of Case No. CRF-83-1416 in the District Court of Tulsa County.
