Holly Pfeifer brought an action against Island Construction Company for injuries suffered when she had to jump from a burning building. Island Construction claims it was not liable because the construction statute of repose barred the action. Appellant contends that the statute of repose does not cover builder/vendors when the cause of action is based on the sellers' concealing a known, dangerous condition during the sale.
