Plaintiff-Appellant P.F. Manley (plaintiff) appeals an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan which denied plaintiff’s summary judgment motion and granted a summary judgment motion of Defendant-Appellee Plasti-Line, Inc. (Plasti-Line) in a diversity action over the amount of compensation that Plasti-Line contractually owes to the plaintiff.
