— Affirming.

This appeal involves a dispute as to the proper person to collect the taxes for the year 1933 in the Camp-bellsville graded school district in Taylor county. Each of the parties to this appeal claims the right to collect the taxes. The case was submitted in the court below on an agreed statement of facts, and the chancellor adjudged that J. D. Edwards, sheriff of Taylor county, was entitled to collect the taxes and Ray Y. Shively has appealed.
