Plaintiffs in error were convicted in the criminal court of Cook county on a charge of conspiracy to suborn perjury by causing one Dorothy Fletcher to testify falsely to a material issue in a personal injury suit instituted by plaintiff in error Mike Simos against the Chicago Rapid Transit Company in the circuit court of Cook county.
