—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Second Columbia Condominium Association and Leonardi Properties Management Corp. appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of *620an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Schneier, J.)," dated November 20, 1998, as denied their cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and cross claims insofar as asserted against them.
