— Order unanimously reversed, without costs, and petition dismissed, in accordance with the following memorandum: The petition in this Family Court proceeding charged appellant with a violation of an enforcement support order dated October 22,1982 based on his failure to pay a $75 arrears installment due on February 18, 1983 and consequently to submit himself to the Jefferson County Jail to serve a weekend sentence.
