MEMORANDUM OPINION
PAYNE, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on the Motion For Stay filed by the United States pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 62(d) & (e) and 28 U.S.C. § 1355(c). The United States seeks an order staying the order entered on June 19,1995 (the “June 19 Order”) dismissing the civil forfeiture action brought by the United States pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 924(d) seeking forfeiture of fourteen firearms seized at the business premise of Karl V.
