SELYA, Circuit Judge.
In this criminal appeal, defendant-appellant Kevin Conley asks us to set aside his conviction for conspiring to possess marijuana with intent to distribute, see 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846 (1994), on the ground that the admission into evidence of certain statements which he made at the time of his arrest violated his Fifth Amendment rights. We reject the appellant’s Fifth Amendment construct, as well as his claim that the lower court erred when imposing sentence. Consequently, we affirm the judgment below.
