—Cross appeals from a judgment in favor of claimant, entered August 24, 1977, upon a decision of the Court of Claims. This claim, originally in the name of Lizza & Sons, Inc., is one for the alleged breach of a contract for the construction of a section of the Long Island Expressway and related projects. Although the initial claim contained 10 causes of action, the Court of Claims has made awards on but four of them, the others having been withdrawn or dismissed.
