In this suit, instituted in the Circuit Court of Wetzel County by John K. Price, Mildred Fultz, Margaret Steele, Bernice Mollendick and Price Bartlett, against Percy D. Talkington, J. E. Price, executor-of the last will and testament of W. T. Price, and Ellis J.
