Elm Park Iowa, Inc. v. Denniston

Elm Park Iowa, Inc. (Elm Park), filed a complaint against the defendants Ethel Dennis-ton, Mary Frances Richards, and Darla Senn (D. R. & S.). All of the defendants are employees of the Division of Health of the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services. The complaint alleges that D. R. & S. were part of a continuing conspiracy to wilfully and maliciously destroy Elm Park’s reputation, trade and business in violation of sec. 134.01, Stats.
