Appellants, Preserve Palm Beach Political Action Committee and Patrick Henry Flynn (collectively “Preserve”), appeal the trial court’s order granting appellee, Town of Palm Beach’s, motion for summary judgment and denying appellants’ cross-motion for summary judgment.
