Gruy T. Freeland, Louise Freeland, his wife, and Mike Freeland, a minor, by his father as next friend, appellees herein, instituted suit against Freddie Lee Howe, appellant herein, for alleged personal injuries and property damage sustained jn a wreck on November 27,1962. Howe answered, denying negligence, and filed his counter-claim, seeking damages for personal injuries and property damage. Appellees then answered, denying all allegations.
