Plaintiff-appellant, John C. Iadisernia, was notified by the Registrar of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles that because he had not less than 12 points charged against him within a two-year period for traffic violations, his driver’s license would be suspended for six months. Pursuant to R. C. 4507.40 (K), appellant filed a petition in the Cleveland Municipal Court alleging that he could show cause why his driving privileges should not be so suspended. He also requested that certified copies of all pertinent records be sent to himself and to the court.
