RAPER, Justice.

Defendant-appellant obtained a judgment against G. H. Spaulding and George D. Fehr in the district court for Natrona County in the sum of $42,200. On appeal, the judgment was affirmed by this court. Spaulding v. Lange, Wyo. 1973, 507 P.2d 1094. The plaintiffs-appellees in this case were sureties on a supersedeas bond to secure the district court judgment, with interest, executed in accordance with Rule 73(d)(1), W.R.C.P. Spaulding was apparently unable to pay the judgment at once, upon return of the mandate of affirmance, and entered into a covenant not to execute with Lange,1…
