Plaintiff, Pat Langford, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Saline County granting the motion to dismiss with prejudice of defendant, Sentry Insurance of Illinois, Inc., pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 103(b) (107 Ill. 2d R. 103(b)). In this cause, plaintiff argues that the circuit court should not have considered the time before the expiration of the statute of limitations in determining reasonable diligence in serving defendant.
