[1, 2] The only question in this case is whether the order signed by -the bankrupt on February 16, 1910, and by him delivered to the Purcell Safe Company and thereafter recorded in the office of the auditor of King county, Wash., was a valid conditional sale contract under the laws of the state of Washington.
